i spent time w fish this past week at the fla rx mini bash and had a chance to ask alot of questions, which most i will not comment on because of his request not to. but i will say this and i know it is ok with him also. he WILL NOT BE POSTING ANYTHING EVER AGAIN ON THE RX. HE RESPECTS AND LOVES THE RX AND WILL HONOR HIS RETIREMENT FROM HERE.

I wonder if RX retirment is anything like when Major Atheletes claim to be retiring?

Just answer me this. Does any of this have to do with the law?

Guys
this is common sense 101
FH posts here almost non-stop for years, offshore climate changes, but for any real bettor you still find a way..its not THAT hard
FH abruptly stops posting, but doesnt give a solid reason (nor does he have to)

Someone who says he spent time with FH this past week, states that "he WILL NOT BE POSTING ANYTHING EVER AGAIN ON THE RX."

Does it take a rocket scientist to figure out that he got in some kind of trouble? someway somehow, or he plans on moving to another site

this isnt brain science people..use common sense

WVU--

i picked up a couple subliminal messages in the posts (not necessarily byFH himself) regarding his retirement to believe that is the case...

Figuring Fishhead's Departure

It is his business, but you wonder if it will affect any other bettors. Espeically big bettors, like Fish (I believed he was mostly involved in scalping and middling, which requires a lot of money movement, a lot of use of Neteller.)

So he leaves, and swears off online betting, and I'm sure he will do no more of it until there is an atmospheric change.

The options he says he'll explore are rather wide-ranging, from working with the Lightning to getting into the ethanol biz in Iowa!! Hmmm.

It would seem he was mainly interested in getting out of gambling.

And getting out of his job here on a gambling website. And - this is significant - not even posting on the site, and most certainly not on any other, at least not with the FH username.

That's startling. It indicates FEAR. Fear of whom? Obviously, the feds.

Has he heard that they are going to come after big bettors who used Neteller? Is that why he bailed? And it they were to do so it would seem it would certainly be uncomfortable for a target to be working for or even posting on a sportsbet website.

It is his business. But if any info he may have is along these lines, it will affect others who operated in the same league as he. (That would not include me, I'm not even in the minors, tho I was a NT customer. Semi-pro at most!)

For those who did move hefty amounts in and out, do they have cause for worry? Of course, they're not working for Rx, but there may nonetheless be cause for concern.

Just my 2 copper cents.

I am concerned. Fish retiring and not posting has me doubly concerned. I guess the next move for me is to try to have all my posts deleted in every gambling forum

I don't think FH has anything to worry about in regards to his gambling. FH made clear many times that he paid taxes on his winnings and filed his returns accurately. Gambling is still legal in the U.S. Using neteller or any other electronic means to gamble was never illegal.

Must've been his relationship to the RX since he is in America

Is J-man getting nervous?

I need Strut to come hold my hand and tell me everything is going to be ok.

Is that too much to ask?

I also paid my taxes, however the movement of money may appear to be laundering to someone other than me.

I find all this stuff pretty entertaining. Of course that doesn't mean I want to see anybody get in any trouble, but the paranoia and all the theories floating around is very interesting.

My gues is yes. I would go as far as points odds at YES -5000 that Fishead starts posting again in the next few months. It's always like that...in pro sports and in online posting.

I wasn't talking about taxes. But what WVU said re money-laundering is viable.

We got this losing administration in Washington. Losing the fight against massive illegal immigration (tho they never really fought it); losing in Iraq, and not winning in Afghanistan; losing any war they may be fighting over the blanketing of the US by criminal gangs.

Losing on all fronts. Except one. Their brilliantly executed blitzkreig war against ------- US! You and me. The people who bet online. They got us begging for mercy; just like they wanted.

First, they test the waters by nailing Carruthers, and a big book closes and stiffs a huge number of bettors. Strike One.

Then, somehow (we still do not have the full story) they force the biggest and best online bet site to close the door on Americans. Strike Two.

Then, and almost immediately following, they bust a few guys with heft at Neteller (which was almost certainly done with deliberate malice, after the online bettors were stampeded in withdrawing money from Pinnacle and via Neteller to our banks, where a lot of it was in transit and easily grabbed).

And Neteller suspends payment to Americans. Strike Three.

And now the home nine from the Dubya Dept of Justice step up to the plate. Seeking to put this one on ice.

Which will be to go after big users of Neteller. Perhaps. Which may be the reason FH disappered. Has he heard something? And did he feel particularly vulnerable inasmuch he was a big guy on this forum? I mean, his departure has the aroma of panic.

A prosecution of big online bettors would be a home run out of the park for the otherwise losing Bush Admin. Most of the online bettors will scatter to the wind, hide under the bleachers.

100% certain that is incorrect, he is definitley still a friend of The Rx. and left on the best of terms.. For the record Fish is fine, as the guys who went to the game with him the other night know. All I am going to say is you need not worry about Fishhead being OK..
