What happened to 3Liter Coke bottles?

I went to the store and was planning to pick up some of these for an office party. Have they been gone long?

Hmmm, I think they kinda slowly phased them out (kinda like the 1 liter size). You may still find some for the store brands though.

I don't recall Coke ever having a 3 litre bottle...maybe it was regional.

Some off the wall brands do, but never saw a 3 L coke.

I didn't really notice/think about the 3L Cokes being gone. I always preferred the 2L, as the last part of the 3L seemed to be kind of flat after all the opening/closing.

yeah 3 liters always went flat, and the lids were so damn big

We have 2.5L Coke products (Coke & Fanta), 3.1L BIG and i've seen 3.0L Pepsi.

3 liter bottle is MUCH cheaper. I believe that it cost $1.50 for the 3 liter, it might have been $1.60.

The 6 pack is a good idea, but sometimes, my kids only want a few sips in a cup.
