D2, Im not 100% sure, but I will find out, but here is what I think it is:
If you take the bonus, you get a 50% Bonus Play and you can move the line by 3 points (not sure of the max bonus.).
you can withdraw any winnings, as soon as you have rolled over three times, however your initial deposit must stay in account for 90 days and be rolled 7 times.

They also have the standard 20% bonus where you can withdraw winnings anytime after only 2X roll, but the initial deposit must stay in for 60 days and be rolled 5 times.
