...and that team goes on and wins the championship, and that is the only championship they win their whole career, is it true fulfillment? Just wondering as I see alot of players, especialy in the NHL that rent their services for a few months, and then are picked up by free agency during the off season...such was the case for Dougie Weight and Recchi for the Canes last season. I know Recchi already has a few cup rings but in Weights case, he was brought in at the trade deadline and let go immediately following....just wondering what your take is on how these athletes feel...personally I think the full enjoyment would be with a team from game one instead of a rent-a-player!!
