Cascade - Slow Pay

Is anyone else experiencing extreme slow pay issues with Cascade. My brother requested a $8,000 check like over 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent it out to him. He has contacted them multiple times and all they do is give him the run around and give him the ol "it should be processed soon" bullshit line.

Has anyone received a check from Cascade lately and if so how long did it take from when you requested it to when you received it??

They are a little slow right now, but in the end they will pay...JMHO

If anyone has actually received a check lately from Cascade please let me know. I'd like to give my bro an estimated time frame on when he can expect his check. He is freaking out over this. Thanks guys

I have never heard anything about them being slow, but their software is. Also, I wish they would raise the limits on their overnights($500) and use some original openers(copy CRIS).

Red Eye, Cascade "shill'' here. The one thing I can tell you is I just had a third of my BR transferred to Cris. I like the idea of VD looking out for me.

perc instead of asking a bunch of guys who dont have a fucking clue when your brother will be paid call cascade or contact a mod to help.....

A-Train....he did ask for help in his opening thread and he did call Cascade..lighten up on the poor guy...maybe if you know Lenny from Cascade, you can help him out....

viejo im not trying to give him a hard time just saying there are better ways to get your money than start a thread that can cost the book business...a lot of guys see a thread like this and form bad opinions...im not sure theres much lenny can do these days....

My guess is their former main shill LT has seen the light and no longer shilling Cascade.

Cascade with their lousy new software and now slow paying players, is at best a C grade book.

A-Train....you are probably right, ever see posts when certain books don't put up lines right away or are having tech problems?? Sometimes it seems like the world is ending according to some posters....

I made this same post at SBR 2 weeks ago. No American (or anyone who wants to receive a check) reported being paid in the thread.

I was able to get most of my money transferred to other books by talking to the right people (Lenny, namely, and bugging him until he relented), but most are still waiting.

VD, Im more pissed about the new cascade software than their slowpaying.

Everyone seems to be having trouble moving money around.

Wedding has been postponed until later summer....counting on you as my witness so plan on being sober that day.

Funny thing is a couple months ago CASCADE was being praised as the second coming of Pinnacle. Not anymore. Guess they recieved some of Pinnys customers with their lines but now aren't paying nearly as fast as they should?? Will never play there again. MUCH better places that pay within 1-24 hours. The best way to keep it that way is not to praise those that do so the FIVE "O", can't detect who they are from here.

If they would have paid in a timely manner or even gave my bro a straight answer I never would have started this thread. I don't care if they lose business due to the titling of this thread, they deserve to in my opinion.

The whole point of this thread was to ask if anyone has been paid out by them recently and how long it took. I'll tell my bro to contact this Lenny cat, at least he may be able to get a straight answer out of him.
