Anyone heard of a site that gives you what all the houses on a road have sold for?

I am looking at a home on a particular road and want to comparision shop.

Was wondering if their is a website that has information on how much the last few houses on a particular road have sold for recently.

Is thier any sites that give out this info without making you sign up for something or is this just info that RE agents have?

In the past when I was house shopping an agent would pull up how much some of the latest home sales went for on that street and a few nearby streets that where simialr built homes than the one I was looking at.

Is this info availbile to the public?

usually if you go to the county website (or the county auditors site) you can check the tax records. if you have the exact addresses you can look them up. it will tell you what they paid, what its appraised at, if they paid their taxes last year, etc...if u need help u can e-mail me at ygogolak@gmail.com
