I play cards with his brother in an underground game in Maryland. He came in last night and someone started asking him about his brother.

He said that Jonathan is going to retire. He said his brother is tired of playing and does not enjoy himself monday-saturday during the season. Ravens management has no clue that he has decided to give it up. They are fully expecting him to be back next season.

I saw Jonathan at a local Giant grocery store last week. He mentioned nothing to me.

How many athletes say this as their careers wind down, only to play 2-3 more years, I would be shocked to see him leave at this point and doubt he will.
