I am sure this question has been asked over and over, but i am too lazy to search for it on here.. I have not played online in over a year and with all the new laws being passed where should i feel safe to play?
i am honestly looking to make a small deposit($300-400) for the NCAA tourney and want to see who is recommened
1. easy way to deposit
2. a place u can phone your plays in that has a low min. phone wager, maybe 25 dollar minimum since i may have to phone in some plays
3. easy withdrawals if i get lucky enough to win
