I have a service I'm stuck with for a while (not live lines), but you guys should atleast pay 3/4 the attention to detail for the free service as you do for the pay one or get rid of it. There have been far to many down times as per in the past. Does not speaks volumes for the pay lines in my opinon.

Reporting a problem.
FYI.
The best way to report a system that is malfunctioning on the website is to use the "Repot A Post" Icon at the bottom of every post box. Simply posting "Anybody Home???" on an old thread does not tell us much and can easily be missed by a moderator..
Simply click on the triangular icon and that will present a small box where you can type for example "Rx Odds not updating" or whatever else the problem might be. This way an email will go out to several moderators immediately. Using the icon assures the problem will get attention much sooner than just a random post.
You can always contact moderators more effieciently by using the icon than bumping an old thread and not explaining what the problem is.
