I've played there since the beginning of last year's March Madness. The customer service has been excellent. When Neteller was available I was always paid within 24 hours. You can only wager over the internet. They have never taken action over the phone. If you are a small player I think they are a nice book for you.
I've talked to Mason several times. He is a very good guy. I feel my money is safe there. He runs both Betemire and Superior Book. Both books have the same lines and are supported by the same service staff. I guess their are two different owners. I feel comfortable recommending these books for recreational players.
