Not sure if its rigged but always had suspicion that certain players accounts are favored to win. As long as some can win consisently the herds will follow. Doing well in $24 tourney and look at these 3 hands all against the same player who is a winning player at PS. All his chips are in each time and GoGo is huge favorite in 2 of them and strong fav in another. All 3 hands within 1 hour. To top it off last hand of tourney GoGo all in preflop with JJ vs 88 against another player...of course 8 hits the flop. Hard to believe

no, wasn't a rebuy...just can't believe same player, 3 hands in one hour. Then JJ vs 88 and GoGo is on the rail. GoGo does have the Chip lead in the $3 rebuy that started at 8. Can't wait to see how PS takes me down.

Gogo I dont like how you played the 55 hand. You should have mucked it and not even been in the hand.

The Aq vs 10 9 you are not that big a favorite but didnt cost you much so not a big deal.

KK vs AQ he played it horrible. All in preflop with AQ? Very questionable and would lead me to think he was a house player.

this is just what timetopay thinks

Time, you really think the 55 hand was played poorly? Raised from middle position with nobody in the pot. Was forced to call all in for $1000 more as was pot committed.

Gogo likes that ....to each there own.... im not sure why gogo decided to keep betting in that one hand when gogo had AQ and the flop had 2 kings there. me thinks gogobird should have open his wings and flapped away for that one hand :drink:

Gogo would say to reread hand history cause Gogo called all in preflop when blinds were 400. That was right play

GoGo just stumbled upon something I have realize about online poker. Value thinks Its definitely possible to predefine the hot players for the day and the cold players for the day without drastically changing the statistics of certain hands. Value thinks you can easily define players that will hit 70% on coin flips on one day and define them to hit only 30% on coin flips on the next day. The days where the players are defined as hot will keep them addicted to the game. This is Value's take on online poker.

I have played poker for many years. Only a handfull of people can win. If you arn't one of them, you never will be. you, meaning everyone in general. If you play poker and you dont do it for a living, just make sure you know going in, Its entertainment only. I know pros that can't win online. 2 completely different beasts. Live poker vs Online poker. IMHO, there is no way one of these major poker sites, worth billions, looking to sell to whoever will buy them out, are not going to fix a $24 tourney. Everyone has the same chance to win, but luck wins online way more than live. I dont know much, but thanks for reading.

People that claim site rigging or blame the site (poker & casinos)
a) haven't played enough
- and/or -
b) have no clue about statistics, probability and variance

55 (79.44%) v 44 (17.88%)
AQ (62.64%) v T9 (37.02%)
KK (71.44%) v AQ (28.22%)

So the odds of 44, T9 and AQ all winning are:

0.1788 x .3702 x .2822 = 0.0187 = 1.87% = 1 in 53.5

How many hands of poker have you played? How many tournaments?

What is statistically improbable, is that NOT ever happening. It's going to happen, 1 in 53.5 times, statistically.

Your odds have having pocket aces on the next hand is less. 4/52 * 3/51 = 0.452%, or 1 in 221. But it happens.

I was playing a tournament the other day, after a beat that took all but $15 of my stack, I was all-in 4 consecutive random hands (starting with 83o), and won them all, took $15 to $2500 (antes made that possible). What are the odds of that?! I then lost an all-in a few hands later, my AQ (folded to button) versus QT (BB).
