Some people say money doesn't buy happiness....so lets say you had '1000 dimes' ...would you be a much happier individual?

I honestly think I would be happier if I had unlimited cash....

Money can't motivate you to stay in shape, take care of your health , keep you from addictions that could destroy you and it can't find you the perfect mate.

:money8: Call me crazy but I like the smell of fresh bills .

I don't think I'd be much happier, but I would take that round the world cruise.

I would be happier as a result of the reduction in stress because of the debt that would be paid off.

Hell yeah.

Money can't buy happiness for an unhappy person (unless the reasons for unhappiness are purely monetary), but it can certainly make happy people happier.

This is the dumbest question ever asked. Ever.

Who the fuck WOULDN'T be happier with an extra million dollars? Does anyone here have TOO MUCH money, and another million would stress them out?

Maybe money can't buy happiness, but 99% of the world's population would be at least a little bit happier with an extra $1 million.

If I earned it, yes, that would make me happy. That would be an accomplishment. Getting 1M from some rich aunt or something like that - not sure what I'd think. I'd pay off all the bills, then invest the rest where I couldn't get to it easily. I'd feel more secure, not really happier.

Definitely happier.

Put $$ away for a comfortable retirement, college fund(s), more help paying off loans, mortgages, put the money to work for you by investing, buy yourself a big TV, get the significant other something nice, etc.

I'd still work as hard while i'm young i'm sure, but would be nice to have some of the load lifted off of your shoulders...

Its not that dumb. "Friends" coming out of the woodworks riding your bosack asking could they get some of your windfall. Many people dont know how to budget and million dollars would be a shock to them. Shoot to a lot of people making 50K a year thats 20 years to make that much.

More money, more problems - Notorious B.I.G.

Anyways, gimme the cash and let me find out.

I would think so, but when people suddenly have a lot of money, many people get over their head. Just look at the lottery winners, many of them have a shitty ending. And some in the .com bubble got too greedy and ended up losing most of their money.

Realized a long time ago that I would never have serious coin. Once I realized that, don't waste my time worrying about it anymore.

I nominate this as the stupidest fucking question asked on a gambling forum of all time. Who's going to second this?

No Journeyman, we're here risking our money so we can lose, be broke and be unhappy. When I win a bet I feel like shit, and I hate those freeplays and bonuses.

But there were some weirdos on here who said they wouldn't sell their dog for a million bucks.

This question is not as stupid as it might seem.
