Yes I've done it several times. Very painless and takes 15 sec's for money to appear. $500 minimum and 1X roll.

Because customer service costs money.

Honestly, books really arent interested in customers with less than $500, they take em but could care less. By making it $500 and 1x, they dont get a million stupid requests... Hey, can you move $20.
