impossible not to like him...

saw him in 1981 at wings stadium in kalamazoo michigan. great show.

Its AXL, not Axel.

And he is too inconsistent to be one of the best ever, as a front man and performer on stage, no one can top him.

None, aside from Plant, has the carisma or sheer energy as Axl. Love all the ones you mentioned too, but as for a front man, no one is better.
