I know this may sound stupid to some but this is driving me crazy. For the last 2 years everyday I just tell my self that starting the next day I will change things. It being getting more sleep eating less or what not. But I never do it and just keep prolonging it. Also when I winning in betting or playing sports I let it get close to losing and most of the time I do lose. For example I am up few units in a day I go and bet it all on the last game on the board and lose. Or I am up in pick up basketball huge but I let the other guy keep scoring till he gets close and then I lose. I also do some things a few times a day for example I defrag my laptop everyday as if I am starting over. I think this might be a serious problem.:WTF:
