On Friday the government will ask for another extension during Friday's hearing.So far the matter has been rescheduled twice.

The court clerk's office reported on Thursday that,
"T[FONT=Arial, Helvetica]he government is going to get another continuance tomorrow (Friday)."[/FONT]
Still the continuence extension may NOT be granted by the court.
It's SO obvious,the U.S. government isn't close to proceed.
