The Big Ten doubters here pre-tournament were right - a grossly overrated conference. Six teams indeed.

And Ohio State was very lucky to get yesterday's game into OT, and the win.

I'll still stick to my forecast of No Big Ten in Final Four. Ohio State is very vulnerable, as was proven yesteday.

Not overraqted. Correctly rated. They're 5-4. Purdue put up a helluva fight against the best team. Wisconsin wasn't as good as their #2 seed primarily because of Butch. MSU also was game against a top seed.

Big 10 was correctly rated and deserved all of its 6 berths.

Who cares if you put up a fight...

I said a month ago they wouldn't have one team in the Sweet 16 and really they shouldn't. For a Major Conference to get ZERO teams to the sweet 16 is a joke and that is what should have happened to the big ten... laughable at best

Good conference but certainly not great.

They deserved, max, 4 teams.

Leaving out Syracuse and putting a few Big Ten duffers in - what was that? (And it doesn't matter what the Orange does in the NIT - bubble teams that get screwed in the NCAAs rarely go far in the NIT tourney. Too pissed off.)

Big Ten overrated LOL. Most had them rated the 5th or 6th best conference. I actually think they fared pretty well. IU/MSU/Purdue getting convincing wins in round 1 and then putting up fights with 3 top 5 teams the next game. Wiscy losing was bad though, but losing your 3rd leading scorer and leading rebounder is hard to overcome.

And yeah Ohio St can be beat, but they got the W. hell teh year Florida won it, they were lucky to beat Butler at the buzzer in round 1
