betJam/Conflicting info

I tried to request a casino loss rebate from betjam tonight. This is what I'm told.

I received one earlier in the week. You would think a highly regarded book like this has everyone on the same page. I get a response like this after I pointed out in my client history that i received one. Funny that the person who is replying to my e-mails won't identify themself after multiple requests. But I guess they don't offer casino loss rebates. No read this e-mail from earlier in the week.

Yes you can request a casino rebate once a week on your net losses.

Tedkal, welcome to The Rx..

You can do one of two things if you want. One is to wait until Monday morning and email Shayla at Support@betjm.com and explain your problem or email me at wilheim@therx.com with your BetJamaica account number along with the details of the rebate and I will contact her for you. One way or another this will get straightened out, if you have a rebate coming you will most certainly receive it.

Wilheim, I appreciate the response. They have treated me well so far. I just signed up earlier this week. It just amazes me that someone in the CS department could be like this, especially since I gave them concrete info to show they are wrong. Instead they have to treat me like an idiot sayin they don't offer it. Nothing is more frustrating then to receive conflicting info from a book, especially if the person giving you the wrong info is a jerk.

Good book, but that casino is something else.

I agree their casino is not the place to be. I played at a few online casinos and win at times but I played at BetJamica's casino (BLACKJACK) a couple days ago just to kill time and had 19-20 (7) hands in a row and LOST EVERYONE. Dealer pulled 21 (3) hands in a row starting with a 13, 16, 14. When I had 19, they had 20. When I had 20, they pulled cards out of their ass or either had BlackJack. Not for me, there. Pinny's casino was the best to play at for me.
