how do i present an image if the file is too big

i'm tryin to upload a pic on here jpg.file, but my file size is too big...how do i upload manually or cut the file size? thanx

Is it on a website? If so, you can right click on it & paste the link to it. Otherwise, you'll have to upload it to a site like photobucket.

I think you can also try saving it in .gif form as .gifs generally use less space.

its a picture file

Do you have Photoshop? You can quickly resize the image & upload it.

If you have Windows, go here & download Image Resize program. You can resize images with a simple right click on the image.

I've been using Irfanview for several years now. It's simple and to the point. It's been around forever. You can very easily resize or crop your photos. Resize is under Image and crop is under edit. I'm not too sure how advanced you are but to crop a photo just left click your mouse over the photo and drag it over the part you want to safe to file.

It's a small program an it's free.
