:WTF: sportsbook.com just e-mailed me sayingthe check request i made last friday will now not even have a poss. of being processed until mon. 26. this is the fourt or fifth date change i have received from this book--- what ir the real truth with tese folks. does anyone believe them at this point

Them crashing would be a big negative for the industry.
They bought themselves back from sportingbet for $1 a while ago. Does anyone know - did this include cash for all the balances or did they just buy all the contact info and plan to back up the balances with some type of investment?
I can't believe sportingbet would have sold all the accounts and millions in balances for $1... But maybe.

Sounds like the sportsbook.com of old. They used to pull that crap all the time back in the day. They will pay but will jerk you around for weeks. They have not seen a penny from me in 4 years.

i have been making bets with them for over 1 year now and have never had a problem untill 2 weeks ago. when i withdrew 850.00 after a few days i got an e-mail and they gave me an extra 42.87 in my account. i turned around and then tryed to withdraw 1200.00 and was waiting on my check from fedex.... which like clockwork always comes after 3 days.....well after the 5th day i call them and talked to someone that could hardley speek english. he told me they were having problems with the checks. and he told me to do a bankwire..... well i had never done that before because i knew when my wife got the statement she would spend some of my money..hahahahha well anyway i was still betting on the ncaa basketball games and doing so-so. so today i did do the bank-wire thing and took out almost 2500.00 so now i only have 8.00 bucks left in my account. got an e-mail from them with a transaction # of my withdraw and it said the funds would be in my account in 7 to 10 days. so we will see !!!

no... it was just an acknowledgment that the $$$$$ was taken out of my account. now where the money is right now is anybodys guess. my wife says 7 to 10 days sure is a long time to get a bank-wire, i don't know because i have never got one before !!! but one would think that with as much money that i have lost at sportsbook.com they would not want to mess me over so i would keep coming back. so i will just have to cross my fingers.....and hope for the best. it's hard to win when you bet on as many football,basketball,baseball & boxing events as i do, but sometimes i do get on a roll and hit them pretty good !! and when ya win you should be able to get your money in a timely manner. o-well going to las vegas this friday it's only 245 miles from our house in corona hills, california. meeting some old highschool classmates that i have not seen in almost 30 years. i am a grad of 1977 and went to school back in kansas. talk to ya soon... bulldogboogers
hey bd-- i requested some dough via bank-wire on 3-20. i got the same e-mail that you did stating 7- 10 days. it sure does seem like a long while. please keep me posted as to what you hear and i will do the same. by the way i will be in las vegas april 30 for one week. its only a 3 hour flight for me-- was last there in feb-- not such a good trip so hoping for a better one this time around--- :lolBIG: --simonboy
