Smoking a joint, and it was not the judge that was seen on t.v., some day maybe america will legalize pot for personal use under 1 ounce, christ if the judges are smoking it what does that say. Hey Judge Wapner care to comment?

Hey, no problem. The judge doing drugs; that's quite ok in America. Now, if he had placed an $20 online wager on the NCAA basketball tournament, that would be grounds for removal from the bench. We all know how much worse online gaming is than drugs, or at least that's the impression our government gives us.
