For example laying -125 or -130 on some games. I dont see how anyone could possibly win in the long run doing this? Interested in hearing thoughts on this.

That's the normal vig everywhere but 5D and Matchbook, for books that take USA. Similar to baseball totals.

Can you be successful though in the long run laying juice like that?

Why couldn't they win? Just play "some" games, specificly those in
which the juice should be higher than it is and it will win longterm.
Doesn't matter if the juice is -105, -130, -200 or -7000.

They're mainly not 50% propositions, so of course they're not -110 each side.

By your logic, if you think they are 50/50, you would play the +110.
