How do you update your balance with Bodog?

After you win a bet, the balance never updates. Do I have to keep signing off then signing back on to update? I'm sure Bodog has a reason for doing this? Not that I have the slightest idea. So annoying....

I don';t know about your account, but mine updates after every bet. Just look at the top of the page and it's there in black and white.

Nope, mine doesn't. Even after bets are graded and gone from "open bets". Always have to log off to update it.... been like this for 3 years.

Have you Emailrd or called them? I do not use them so I can not help sorry

if it has been like this for 3 years, why worry about it now?

just keep logging out and logging back in. do that for a few more years, and if 3 years from now it still bothers you, send boddog an email and ask them why for the last 6 yr's you have to log out and log back in to refresh your balance

FYI, I did experience your issue MORE often than not.

Then again, after bets are graded and I make new bets, the balance gets accurate once the new bets are processed. I also always login/logout every time I go to the website anyway.

That said, I do remember seeing how my wins were not showing up if I was already logged in as you descirbed, crunch99. It's a tiny thing but I can see how it'd be a hassle.

Try CTRL + F5; that is a forced refresh. It also depends on what browser settings you have.... if it's set to "automatically check contents once per page/automatically", it may not refresh as you would like it to.
