trying to get a feel for bullpens as I may mess with some 5 inning stuff this year...

I don't know much, but Eric Karabell has this list of closers to get us started...

The Safest
1. Joe Nathan, Twins
2. Francisco Rodriguez, Angels
3. B.J. Ryan, Blue Jays
4. Mariano Rivera, Yankees
5. Billy Wagner, Mets
6. Trevor Hoffman, Padres
Still pretty good, and safe
7. J.J. Putz, Mariners
8. Huston Street, A's
9. Chris Ray, Orioles
10. Chad Cordero, Nationals
11. Francisco Cordero, Brewers
Question marks of some sort
12. Takashi Saito, Dodgers
13. Tom Gordon, Phillies
14. Bob Wickman, Braves
15. Brian Fuentes, Rockies
16. Bobby Jenks, White Sox
17. Brad Lidge, Astros
18. Todd Jones, Tigers

You should have a gas can category and put Lidge and Isringhausen in it.Disagree about Saito, he did an excellent job last season, converting 24 of 26 saves. Also think Gagne should be in the safe category. I know he's had arm surgery, but he's healthy now and will be as good as before.
