I know I'm crazy and all but if I was an N.B.A. GM and had a top 5 pick in the draft and it came down to Oden or anybody else I would start with Noah and make him my pick because the difference between the two is amazing.

Noah plays hard and with excitment and is the reason Florida wins and could win again. The most underated player in College basketball and a sure thing great N.B.A. player.

Oden is a huge risk because he simply doesn't even like the game of basketball. He shows nothing on the offense end and that also shows he doesn't even practice moves. He doesn't play hard at all and when is that going to change? After he gets way too much money? Most times they become even more lazy. Most overated college player right now.

I don't like or dislike either player, but to me I think you would be crazy to take Oden the question mark over Noah who loves to play and will always give you 100%!

It's becoming a no-brainer except to the mindless GMs who think they have to draft the player the idiot sports writers claim is the better player. Oh the fans might not like me if I don't take the media star.

And how did Oden become a media star. He never smiles.

Crazy is an understatement. Noah might not even be a starter in the NBA. At least an argument can be made for Durant. I like the guy, but Noah is nowhere near the same class.

And how does you say Oden shows nothing on the offensive end, but Noah does? One avgs 15.4; the other 12.1 Look up who is which. And then realize Oden has played most of the season with his off hand because the other was injured. Not to mention despite how old he looks, Oden is an 18 y/o freshman while Noah is a junior. Noah will hopefully become a good 6th man, bring some energy, get rebounds, that kind of guy. I doubt he will ever avg DD in the NBA. Oden is a completely different animal. To say you would take Noah over Oden is just completely ridiculous.

I wish you were an NBA GM so I would not be so frustrated with having Elgin Baylor.

All these threads bashing Oden are hilarious. Sure he isn't developed on offense yet, but if you pay attention to the footwork there is no doubt it will come around. Also, do these guys even watch the defensive side of the ball? Oden alters a ton of shots every game, it's not a stat, but just as important as blocks as long as they miss because he's around. I love Durant, but I don't think I could pass on Oden if he comes out this year.

Hortford is better than Noah, and I wouldn't take him over Oden.

Oden is a bigger beast.

Noah is the 4th bets playe ron his team behind Horford, brewer, and green. The best NBA player on this team will be Corey Brewer.

Horford is a stud. He is the best player on that team. Although everyone of Floridas top 6 players are very good and complement each other very well.

which is true...

but currently, Noah is still rated either #1 or #2 best NBA prospect on the Gators (w/ Horford)...Brewer is projected to a mid to late 1st rounded...while Noah & Horford are basically slam dunk lottery picks.

But thats right now, things could change after the NBA Draft Camps are played, usually after the Chicago camp is when things become pretty clear.

Noah kind of reminds me of Dan Gadzuric- so I compared stats. Here they are, keep in mind Gadzuric was drafted in the 2nd round in the NBA draft.

Noah and Gadzuric is not a good comparision...not even close....Gadzuric isnt even on the same planet athletically as noah is and there body styles are completely different...they have very little in common with the exception of height.

That's how high I am on Noah, He's a role player in the NBA.

Again, the guy is just a freshman!

He reminds me a little of David Robinson early on at Navy....not so much their style of play, but both have the same presence ,both dominant physical forces...both were somewhat mechanical early on.
