We the heck is the ONLINEWIRE? Did Roberto change his site from the Offshore Wire? OR is it just a rip off of his site, they even use TOW like Robertos site.

I wouldn't worry to much simonboy. I've been playing at Cake poker for a while, they are part of sportsbook.com and have had the same payout processor issues. I really think it is just incompetence and cluelessness more then theft. I've received multiple Epass cashouts in the last week ever since I got Epass set up. I even cancelled a check pending to use epass so I wouldn't have to wait as long.
At the same time I have a smaller check that was "processed" in Febuary that never came. I have no idea where that money is, it was after Feb 6 so I imagine it never went out. I'll contact them soon about that.

They also have been paying non US players all along. So it seems they are paying everyone so long as they have a way. It will just take some time to get he backlog of checks sent out. Even if they fixed their processor problems a week or so ago liek the claim it still takes around 2 weeks to get a check normally, so that would take you to hte first week of April evne if all is well.

It's basically just another payment option. Like Neteller and others. Setting it up is similiar, wait for small deposits into checking account to verify. Limits are smaller then NT and fees might be a little higher. Takes about 2 weeks to get set up.

I posted this the other day - we all need just a little more patience.

Begininning early last week thru Thursday of last week Sportsbook.com processed thousands of withdrawals with their new processor bank, so many that they actually had to stop briefly to allow the bank to keep up. They will resume processing again on Monday (today).

For the record any withdrawal requests submitted as of Monday March 19th will be received within 7 to 10 business days. Requests recieved since then will also be looking at the same time frame begininng Monday March 26th.

Sportsbook.com also would like to inform players that they can expedite their withdrawals by using the wire transfer option. Bottom line almost everywhere wires are faster than paper checks delivered by carriers such as Fed Ex.

I remain confident that there will be a flood of Sportsbook.com checks hitting mailboxes very soon with the first checks arriving mid week..

Wil, the day that one of the people whose requests were supposedly processed on the 19th actually receives their funds is the day that people will start to calm down. Hopefully that day is today.

Unfortunately until then, panic will reign. Good luck dealing with it.

P.S. Does it make sense to you how a bank wire, if actually sent on the 19th, could take 7-10 business days to reach its destination? Checks involve international couriers & snail mail, wires don't. This is the part of it that leaves me:think2:

I put in a payout request last Monday and emailed today to find out its status. They said it was put "on hold" because they could not verify my details with my bank (why this is even necessary and how they would go about doing this is beyond me but whatever). I scanned them a copy of my online statement. Have not heard back yet. We'll see what happens.

My question for Wil is did they send you any sort of proof that wires went out or are you taking their word for it? Wires nowadays usually don't take longer than 24-48 hours. Did they scan you copies of wires that went out (without people's names of course) or do you trust your source and that is why you have confidence in them? You have to admit they have not been the most honest company over the last few weeks.

Appreciate the work you are doing to help keep us informed.

hay birdo23, i don't know how much they owe you but these people owe me over 5k 5040.00 i even e-mailed wil the mod to see if he could help me out, but he has not got back with me yet !! the sad thing about this whole ordeal is, i got two of my best friends to sign up at sportsbook.com about 4 months ago and they just like me started losing right from the start. but all 3 of us got on a hot streek last month and were feeling good that we were recovering at least "some" of our money.now when we want to get paid we can't !!! it's just sad..... i am still hoping wil the mod can help us out. 5 k is alot of $$$$.... and i can still to this day "hear" my wife telling me about a year ago.... not to do it !!!!:discuss:

news flash... i have appointed mr mod wilheim to help me recover my $$$$ at sportsbook.com, don't know if he can do anything but it worth a try !!! if i get my money i will be so happy & so will my wife. but to tell ya the truth the 5048.00 they owe me... if i don't get it !!! i won't be busted !!and if i do get it, i feel it only right to share some with mr wilheim and this site...you have my word !!! bulldogboogers corona hills, california p.s...... you all don't know me !!! but when i tell ya who i am !!! you will say. o- i remember him !!! he played basketball !!!!
