Did a transfer from 5 dimes to the greek. got a credit at the greek, similar to a deposit. now they are saying i have to bet my whole balance before I can do a transfer even though there website states that you don't have to. I really thought this place was a solid shape, should have kept my money in 5dimes.
This has been their policy since I have known and they have always been upfront about it.
Did you call or email before doing the transfer?
TheGreek is not a payment processor, why would they accept a transfer in and then issue a payout if the customer doesnt play? doesnt make sense to me. It costs them money to issue the transfer, man power and such, and it costs them to process payouts.

it is sometimes difficult to include each and every single rule a company has on a website, I do know it has been posted here several times about the 1X roll on book to book transfers at TheGreek but obviously you missed those posts. (not your fault)
One has to ask is the policy "reasonable". Its hard for me to call this "unreasobale" otherwise people would exploit their payout system trying to use them as a pseudo Neteller.
I understand its frustrating.... did you transfer a large sum?
maybe if you email me the details we can work something out with them.
Sportsavant, thanks for the help. I will roll it over. 1,000 shouldn't be that hard to do, can do it tonight. Like I said i have no problems with doing the rollover if it states that, but for all I know they could have made it up, doesn't say anywhere on the site I have to do it. Customer rep even said it wasn't on the site, but was still policy for some reason.
