There's a Family Dollar in my town. Went once and won't go back. They don't have most of what they advertise. Then they just aimlessly leave all their crap laying in aisles all over the store expecting you to buy it. One of the worst stores.

I have gone to The Dollar Store once. I admit it was a nice size store with some good stuff for a buck or less. One must use common sense in what they buy from there though. Who in their right mind buys a rice cooker at The Dollar Store?

Why not? You can get name brand stuff for half the price at some local stores. Thought I would try it out, it was only $12.

It works, but spits freaking water every where. I just make it in the sink:lol:

Black and Decker sells a nice Rice Cooker for less than $25. Oster makes a better one but it costs almost double.
