William Hill Canadian Neteller Withdrawal problem

I'm Canadian. I requested a William Hill Neteller withdrawal yesterday, and it still hasn't hit my Neteller account. You have to realize that usually they are 5x faster than this. This has never occurred before. Also e-mailed them yesterday twice regarding what's going on and still no feedback. Worried a lot more about the communication channels rather than the money at this point. Can anybody help me with what's going on with them and Neteller?

Has someone received any e-mails from them at all answering Neteller questions? Like I said, I more worried that they aren't answering my e-mails regarding Neteller at this point.

Personally, I would not want money at neteller. I'd wait till April 10th and request a check or wire from Will Hill... Till then, they are bound by the in/out Neteller merchant contract.

As of midnight Sunday AM Neteller ceased doing transactions with
online gambling sites as it pertains to Canadian accounts.

As for WH, they are as solid as they come, but are possibly
swamped due to this situation, so i would have no worries as to
getting paid on their end.

"Suspension of InstaCASH transactions: As of today Monday 26 March 2007, at 12:01 AM MST, Canada-resident customers were no longer able to deposit funds using NETELLER’s instaCASH service either directly or from any online gambling site.

Party has dumped Neteller immediately. Now I notice that Will Hill no longer offers Neteller as a deposit method. Some sites aren't waiting till Apr 9.

For Canadians? Neteller still shows as an option for me at WH.

You must get better service than I do cuz whenever I have requested a WD from willhill it has always taken more than 24 hours ...

Yes, NETeller no longer an option at WH for me either.

Problem is there isn't much else, guess I'll have to get a UK debit card.

I'm Canadian. How do you get a UK debit card if you're Canadian?

Still haven't gotten my withdrawal from them yet. Should have just left the money in the account instead of requesting a withdrawal by Neteller. Now the money's in limbo with me checking my Neteller account everyday. Man, I hate Neteller.

I requested a Neteller withdrawal from Will Hill on Monday for $2500 and it hit my account a couple of hours ago. Last time I requested one it took a little over 24 hours also.

I also received a Neteller EFT today so that seems to still be working (knock on wood). Hope you received your payout also.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked my Neteller account. Yessssss.... My Willhill withdrawal finally hit my account! Now if only my EFT would hit my bank account. But Willhill appears to still do Neteller withdrawals, although slowly, but they don't do Neteller deposits anymore.

Thank you William Hill! I was panicking there.
