No inside info here. This is just my gut feeling.

I think Pinny got the inside on the NETELLER thing a few weeks before Neteller pulled out, and like all well run organizations they saw that there would be many headaches for customers recieving there money.

So they did the smart thing, they closed shop to the US and took the wait and see approch.
They let everyone get there money out of Neteller while the option was still there.

This law that they passed is not going to be inforcable. Barney Frank is in charge of allocating the funds needed for inforcement of this law, and the original amount that was allocated for this bill is way short of whats needed for proper inforcment.

There is no way in hell that Frank will ever give them more money. He is very against this new bill. As a matter of fact, he is doing everything he can to kill this bill altogether. I dont think we will succeed in the near future of killing the bill, but he does have the power to limit funding on getting this law inforced.

The Goverment had there little press clipping to make the religous right happy with the BOS and Neteller deals.

I dont expect to hear much more from them in the future. The Congress has changed, and they have put this on the back burner.

Pinny im sure took the wait and see attitude. Once the dust settles, and these money issues get ironed out, I see Pinnacle and Party Poker coming back to the states.

The just my opionion, I could be wrong, but I dont think so.

i thought there were several reasons for them pulling out. I heard they were gettting heat about their agents, and that the owner(s) have some property in the U.S. that they probably don't want to relinquish. Maybe Pinny will get back once the dust settles.

Hasn't that gut cost you enough. Blah, blah, blah They got busted and I'm willing to put a hundy saying you are wrong.

Would be a win win for me. Either I get a $100 or Pinny is back for us.

What do you say Choppy?

Atleast you would have an open bet for the rest of the year.

They are still offering the same lines that they have always offered.

Im mean how many non-US customers bet on American Idol?

They are still preparing for the day they come back. I really believe this.

Not exactly. No NBA game props now. Not a single game prop on a single March Madness game this year thus far. But if you're looking to get down on some Polish women's hoops, you've found your out!

Perfect timing how Pinnacle shut down doors for US customers just before the Columbos went to trial in NYC. Maybe a connection, maybe not?? You know damn well they had agents in NYC and maybe even an owner.

There is no way Pinnacle knew about the neteller thing. The DOJ did not alert people cause they could not make the arrests till the one NT founder came to the USVI. If Pinnacle knew, surely the NT guy would have been alerted.
