Why would he care? Like the rest of the rich, they can just buy their way out of trouble. I'm sure the $500 fine he will receive is going to crush his entire monthly budget

well..the fine is not the issue...

the fact that he's been arrested for the fourth time in the past year. And the league's owners meeting today, they were discussing 'problem players' like Pacman, Tank, Henry, etc...zero tolerance type policy...likely getting players banned for an entire season...which would be like a Million+ fine from the NFL.

Players like Henry will never 'get it'.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

true...i think those were the charges for the 2nd arrest of the year, lol

Just putting yourself in the position to get arrested for the fourth time in a year...when essentially your employers are meeting the same week, to discuss your 'off the field' distractions...is never a good idea.

Under normal circumstances, its not a big deal at all...but in this case its just pure stupidity and a classic sign of him never getting 'it'

NFL owners meeting was meeting on this very subject this week.

Appears that the new commish is going to make his mark by punishing those dopes like Jones, Johnson and the Bengals.

Makes sense that the NFL does not want that kind of image smeared all over the front page of newspapers.

He wont miss a game, and really, that's all that matters

You're wrong, Jim...

He was already rumored to be suspended 4 games by the Commish, before this arrest - he could def. see a half plus season suspension, as this was his 4th arrest. And Pacman Jones is rumored to suspended 16 games...the owners are meeting this week about this very topic...and every owner was very in favor of a zero tolerance policy, except for Mike Brown - for obvious reasons.

Chris Henry may be go to jail for 88 days in Kentucky because of his Wednesday citation for a suspended license in Cincinnati.

Henry was cited for driving with a suspended license and failing to use a turn signal in Cincinnati Wednesday. While a relatively minor offense, his probation for a separate case in Kentucky could be revoked if convicted in April. Henry was expected to be suspended by the NFL for four games before this happened.
