Screwing around the other day and took Tigers as a 160 chalk for small matinee spring game vs the Nats.
They are up 2-0 and looking good early, no problem. Next thing I know, it's around the 5th or so and the Nats push a run across, it's ok.
Well I went back later to find out in that same inning some jack hit a grand slam and now I'm down 5-2 and it's the 7th innings stretch, nice!
Tigers took kep players out and put in subs to see what they can do, so I figure great, LOSS!
Not so fast though, Tigers manage to push one across in the bottom half of the 7th or 8th, I forgot now, so I'm now down 5-3.
Ends up we head to the bottom of the 9th, down 5-3 and I figure well this is how we are going to start baseball off I can see.
Then it all came together. I went to have a quick bite to eat thinking that game was a wash and why the hell am I even betting spring bases like an AHole for?
Get back online and I find out the Tigers came back to put 3 up in the bottom of the 9th and we won 6-5 and cash.
Lot of wins and losses coming by way of 8th or 9th inning for me here last year and can't wait to get this ball rolling.
