As part of my anuual pre-season blitz of baseball handicapping I have come up with the Top 7 UNDER Umpires in the Major Leagues. This is based on 3 years of games behind the plate...These are in no particular order but the first 3 have been the most consistant from year to year...Hirschbeck is 39-17 over the last 2 years.....

Eddings..............................64-35 UNDER
Dowdy................................26-18 UNDER
Diaz.................................... .56-43 UNDER
Nelson................................52 -39 UNDER
Kulpa................................... 53-40 UNDER
Timmons............................55-40 UNDER
