Seriously. And yep, I'm retarded in opening a thread about broadcasters.
Captions only do some justice because I don't have to worry about how the broadcaster/game hosts say the stuff in their own style as I just see how they WORD it. I have agreed with many here about some obvious ones with their donky ways of saying stuff, but I don't really know/pay attention to too many names like Menefee. No idea who it is.

Agree, that was way too much Buck...
I don't like or dislike him...he is pretty sharp about in game situations so from that standpoint I can atleast respect him.
He does have an annoying way about him, maybe it's the second generation/spoiled , my dad was a legendary announcer syndrome going on too...
He is a very polished announcer though, it's more about his personality then his actual calling of the game IMO, it does seem like most don't care for him.

Calvin, at least for me, it isn't his voice or how he announces games, it is the dismissive, arrogant and condescending attitude the f*er has. Best example was the "disgusting act" of Randy Moss' fake moon. Give me a f*ing break you jerkoff, he acted like someone was molesting a child or something. Get off your puritanical high horse. His head would have exploded if he announced the Man City game where Joey Barton mooned the opposing team's fans. I hate that f*ing guy. I can't stand 90% of the announcers in the US.

Hate to tell you, but a high up at Fox wants to make him the "next Johnny Carson" as soon as Buck wants out of sports broadcasting.

I think he has 6-10 home games this season w/Hrabosky on FoxSports Midwest. Number keeps getting lower each year...
Remember when he used to do virtually all of 'em...and early in his career he would also do radio.
Heck...I was surprised that he did not call a BCS game for FOX.
I get sick of him trying to be a comedian in the booth...really does alot of that w/baseball games.
