The word guaranty is completely obsolete in every context in modern english. Guarentee is the assumed word in every dictionary and context specifically for any monetary debt.

If you guys are holding out hoping to get some type of relief from therx you should rethink this cause I doubt anyone will get a cent. You can't expect a forum to reimburse everyone who was stiffed up to $10k because BOS decided to shut down after the arrest of Carruthers. I also think therx should just fess up and tell everyone they will not be paying. Yeah I saw the email from Marty about the $10k but I believe that was supposed to be in case they stiffed someone for a questionable reason, not if they got busted by the DOJ. He probably regrets very much sending that email. Sure some guys will get pissed and leave or go elsewhere but the majority of posters will stay. No way can this place afford to take a hit like that and expect to survive. Therx is here to make money and provide a forum for people like us to discuss gambling and such, not to pay posters for a book that got pinched and decided to close.

and i understand that rx isnt going to guarantee it,but at 1 time they took info ,i assumed it was money lost.beleive me BOS were always thieves and i knew that my money was at high risk with them and the other 5-10 places that went under were also risky,only camalot caught me off guard.whoring bonuses paid all books going under.

How many times do we have to re-assure people that we are going to honor the gurarantee. Rick has posted several times as have I that yes those eligible Rxers who have contacted Rick with all of their information last fall will get paid accordingly. The probelm is the there continues to be press about possible relaeses of funds by BetOnSports themselves or other governeing bodies etc. and The Rx. has to wait until it is 100% certain all other avenues of payment are no longer viable before paying the list of eligible players we have on file.
