Jesus friggin christ...

These guys stroll around and high 5 every person in the building after they accomplish the incredible feat of making a foul shot.. Most do it after they miss too ..

These awful games would end 20 minutes earlier if they stood fucking still and shot again .

And on another note , how many timeouts do they need .

The last 30 seconds takes as long as the other 11.5 minutes of the 4th quarter.

At least a high five after a made FT is to celebrate an accomplishment. The thing that bugs me is hand touch after a miss. Turn a cold shoulder. Give him the stink eye or something to show the guy up for possibly causing the team to lose.

I'm old school. High fives after making a free throw is stupid. Compare todays player with players 10 or more years ago. Back then, the opposition was the enemy, not your homie. Nowadays you have a lovefest at the foul line; and players hugging the competition before a game starts. Vince Lombardi, George Allen, John Thompson, John Wooden would freak. I guess times have changed, but it sucks.

Some players have a routine, and not high fiving after a FT could put them out of their rhythm, I guess... I think what is really unnecessary is this thread:lolBIG:

My favorite free throw ritual is Jason Kidd's

1. dribble
2. dribble
3. blow a kiss
4. shoot, 90% of the time successfully
5. high five
6. batter wife
