According to a friend who had been using Neteller he requested a payout. They said they would do it by bankwire but they first asked a whole lot of questions regarding his identity. He said it seemed they had information about him (like prior bank accounts) which he had not given them. It sounded they wanted to make sure he was calling them and not someone else. They were nice and helpfull when he talked to them. The bank wire came as promised.
