Anyone Good with Computers/Windows Awake Right Now?

TTinCo isn't responding...anyone else?

Basically, I'm trying to play a DVD in Windows Media Player...but it won't let me, says I'm missing a MPEG-2 Decoder.

So I dloaded the decoder off free-codecs.com, but it still won't open.

Any ideas?

I dloaded Winamp, but I have no idea how to open a DVD in that shit. Same for Quicktime.

You may need to download a different program...

Is it just a regular DVD that you put into your computer... or did you download it?

If you downloaded it what kind of file is it?

It's a regular DVD.

And I downloaded Winamp to play it, cuz WMP wasn't working. But I have no idea how to open it with Winamp.

I'm hammered right now, but maybe navigate to the file, right click it, and hit Open With...

Winamp wouldn't be a great player... go to downloads.com and just download an actual DVD player... it is a strong possibility that your WMP could be corrupted

Nevermind, I downloaded Easy DVD Player.

Nah Harry, nothing like that. The pop-up menu is there, but there's just no "Open With" option.
