Does anyone ever play this prop? I may be really stupid but it seems so obvious to say there will not be a score in the first inning. I did this stupid prop a lot last year and can remember losing alot. There are times when the total of the game is 7.5 and they somehow score 1 friggin run in the first but then the game ends up like 3-1 or something like that. Today there was 13 games and in 9 of them there was a run scored in the first. I lost 4 games today by doing this. Does anyone have any insight on this prop at all..I'm going to start saying Yes there will be a score on the games from now on I think. You would think 6 outs and no runs would be kinda easy especially laying juice on most of them.
don't know how this impacts but heard that when a pitcher walks a batter a run is 75% more likely to be scored in that inning. now in what inning most walks occur i've no clue but seems early control is an issue for some pitchers. that stat is based on 100 years of baseball records.
More runs are scored in the first inning than any other inning in the game due to a few factors. The first being facing the best hitters, a no brainer but the KEY is going from the bullpen mound to the game mound and adjusting to it vs the other pitchers landing grooves which is HUGE!! aSK ANYONE WHO PLAYED AND PITCHED!
