Pretty sure Vanilla is for US use only.

I don't know what you mean by vanilla visa card? If you mean the ones you buy at Walgreens and such, sometimes they don't work.

I'd invest in a netspend.com reloadable Visa card. They are available at all check cashing places. I know that they are taken at every sportsbook and poker room.

You are stuck w/ it. What is good, is that you could buy stuff w/ it. If you are in a pinch you could use it to do a Western Union (if you bought the $100 card) or just use it to buy a all access visa gift card somewhere.

you can get these at Holiday gas stations but they appear worthless

yeah they are no good anywhere only allaccess and visa gift to go are good

vanilla doesn't work but the allaccess visa gift card works fine.
