Only one year of research done, but in 2006 if you chased road dogs with winning percentages .550 or greater you would have won 80 units.
Your largest single game loss would have been 7.15 units and there were only 3 losses of 4 or more units. Will advise when I get some time to research previous seasons.

I love dog systems.

Keep us updated.

actually dug into last year a little more and could get it up to +190. It is a chase system though and I know some don't like that. Will advise when I finish back testing. Unfortunately I am slammed at work right now and may have a tough time finishing back testing.

FHMESQ...Can you explain to me what you refer to when you say a chase system?

Also, someone posted that when two teams combine to score 20+ runs in one game of a series, take the under the next day as long as its the same series & teams. Thought it hit at a high %.....Can you run some numbers on this?

I ran the numbers and thought I posted them. It wasn't a winner from the numbers I had. Chase system meaning you chase your losses until winning a unit or hitting your maximum number of games to chase.

Looked back to 2005 and it didn't win anything so 06 may have been an aberration.

Thanks.

So lets say I play a system and lose 3 games in a row using it & a normal play for me is 1 Unit.....what would my three losses look like & what amount would I play on the 4th game?

i.e

Game 1....-110 (-110)
Game 2....-220 (-330)
Game 4....-330 (-660)
Game 5.... +700 +40 ..............Am I anywhere close to what you are talking about....doesnt seem right so I must be way off?

The Wolf,

If you start with $100 and chase till a win then you keep doubleing your bet till you win $100.

Game1 110 to win 100 L
Game2 220 to win 200 L
Game3 440 to win 400 L
Game4 660 to win 600 L
Game5 1320 to win 1200 Win Series ends win $100.

Thanks BB.....Damn that seems risky as hell. What if you go on an 0-12 run. Not likely but seen it happen many times before.

some people set limits on the number in the series like 6 or 7 games and if no win then count it as a lose and start with new series.

all correct, except BB didn't include the juice into the next games. The systems I am posting are 4 game chases, so if you don't win by the 4th game you take the loss and move on.
