The A's have dominated the Mariners as of late (29-9 last 3 years overall) and have had their way in Seattle as well (14-6).Blanton in particular has been exceptional (6-1 lifetime w/ 1.056 WHIP/2.50 ERA vs Seattle-Athletics record 7-1).Seems to have the Mariners figured out and he does match up well against them.Washburn struggled last year against the As going 0-2 w/ 6.88 ERA in his starts.A's are short a couple of players tonight but i think they have plenty left in the lineup to get enough for Blanton/Street to get this win.Hopefully some history repeating tonight at a really good line IMO.
