Free Directv MLB Extra Innings

Directv is having a free preview of Extra Innings until Sunday.

I think their promotion worked on me. I am thinking I should really have this. Channel 732 is Game Mix where they show all the games in progress on 1 screen. Pretty sweet.

This wis why I am so glad Directv got MLB (or almost the Exclusive)...The mix channel rocks!!!:aktion033

I like the game mix myself. Actually its an idea that was overdue since DirectTv was doing it for the NFL.

Anybody have the MLB package on their computer?? If so how is it? I think they have a 5 day trial for that as well.

But they didnt want to (or couldn't) do it until they were givin the exclusive (just like the NFL)...and cant wait to see what the other channel will look like the strike zone channel.

I wouldn't mind see the NBA go exclusive w/ Directv and doing the same thing w/ the mix channel

I like the gamemix (they call is mosaic) on the laptop. When I see a game that looks like its getting interesting, I can then turn it on the TV rather than tying the TV up with the gamemix.

My buddy has a pirate box for dishnetwork and the bastard is getting all the MLB games.

I have dishnetwork and the channels are all gone.

He has an extra box he;s going to send me,that is as soon as his ex gives it back to him.

Think I will be waiting a while.

Can someone explain to me how Direct TV having the exclusive rights to Sunday Ticket and Extra Innings doesn't violate some sort of monopoly laws?

Total bullshit that you can't get these with regular cable.
