Payout report from Matchbook

I made a payout request earlier this morning and by this afternoon I had a tracking # and check which will arrive here tomorrow. I normally don't make post like this but THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

The fee for the overnight FedEx was $29.50. Now the dilemma I'm facing is cashing this thing! My local BIG bank said it would take 6-8 weeks for it to clear since it has to go into collections

hno: . Called some of the local check cashing spots and because the check is foreign. Anyone know where to go? Maybe I should do a search or start a new post.

check it carefully. my bankers thought a check recently, I think from them, was foreign at first, then in small print it did say something like "payable thru chase bank new york"

see if you can find an american bank on there somewhere. if so, its not a foreign check

I think I'm going to try my credit union. All of the check cashing places I called, shut me down. Hell, I'll pay the 2% just to be done with it all. Looks like the govt' succeeded in what they wanted to do because at this point, it's not worth the headache.
