that just sounds hilarious to me, even tho i know there is a difference. but i put in a valid zip, and it tells me i don't exsit. not that they don't have equipment out here, they say i don't exist.

You can use Dish for it in Northern woods with no phone, or in some city areas you can have wireless service, what's so funny?

I wondered could you use dish in US to make books believe you are in Canada?

If you are after hiding your IP, then using a service with IPs in Europe may be better for you:

Given that payment providers and books are pulling out of the Canadian market in droves it's not going to be that useful to use Canadian ISPs etc, as a solution to the voluntary blocking of US IPs by various books as they are nnow blocking Canadian IPs too.
