I really like Chacin & the Jays in this spot. They almost came all the way back from a 9-0 and 10-2 deficits yesterday. Scoring 7 runs in the 8th will give your already confident offense an extra boot, and with a very solid starter on the mound, they should be able to take this one from Detroit. Verlander was spectacular last year but this is his sophomore season and usually, after a sensational rookie season, guys tend to slow down in their second year in the majors. I think the Jays are a better team overall than Detroit this season. I expect a 5-3 win for them here.
