and for some reason it doesn't go through.....not insufficient funds, but the processor.

The money is automatically credited to your account.....you go on a monster run, do you keep the winnings?

This was brought up at SBR, guy deposited by e-check, they credited the funds, he lost the money, transaction declined because of processer, book threatened collection action, guy paid it.

I have doubts about collecting on these if you win, pretty sure Pinny won't pay these.

if they dont pay, its total bullshit. the money is in my bank account. if they are unsure of their processor, they shouldnt accept these deposits

i am on a monster run to say the least.

yes, i hadnt played there in months. deposited $675 via the instant check, now i have over 10K there. the check has yet to clear my account. i did this on Sunday. tomorrow with be the 4th working day.

i dont wnat them to pull no shit on me. there is plenty in my checking account to cover it.

i could see this being an easy out for books that take a beating.

you do not get to keep the winnings....

I once deposited $400 via Firepay and the stupid deposit bounced because some jerk stole my debit card and went on a shopping spree with it. Guess what? Turned that $400 into $17,000 and VIP.com refused to pay up. Now that was painful considering I had several thousand deposited over the previous 2 weeksthat all cleared. This one just happened to not.

check the SBR thread... they go after a guy ( Carlos,I think his name is) to pay after the e-check is no longer doable, so they should allow you pay some other way, because they want that $675 paid if you had lost it.

I don't think it will clear as an E-check personally, and you may well have problems with this, and need help from Wil and/or Bill Dozer. Maybe call them anonomously to see if they take e-checks presently ?

I'd probably advise you get this on file with SBR or somewhere before they void the echeck deposit if it doesn't hit, so that you have somebody independant who can say there were funds to cover it etc..
