I know it's early, but how have you been doing on your baseball steam bets so far this season?

Will haver a better answer in about a week. Still moving money around but once again having to go thru hoops on some of these withdrawls right now. I always get them (knock on wood) but what a headache lately.

As for the betting, not so much steam but more of a value concept identical to my hoops style. Surpised how easy it has been so far finding quality wagers. As far as winning? Not too good yet. Actually pretty average but it is VERY early as it is a volume thing.

People have a hard time understanding that you shouldn't concentrate on picking winners as much as you should concentrate on GREAT prices and the money will work itself out. Give me 500 plays and then the good numbers come into play and hopefully making 3% ROI. I say that may take 40 days.

Learning more and more everyday and when I get all money where it needs to be (3 more days for a total of 10 books) than no excuses on my end. Very very excitied about the preospect of playing this way for a full season of baseball.

Very confident that this should carry over from hoops to bases but we shall see but not nearly as worried about finding quality bets as I thought I would be and thats almost as much as winning to me.

Ice, if you get the chance, check your PM over at Fezz place. It seems with baseball, that Pinny isn't the first to move, much different from CBB this year.

Very early as I will feel alot more comfortable saying that after this weekend but yes you seem correct. Just not the heavy steam in bases as in hoops. Trying to find indicators also and it seems like (and I maybe wrong) that Cascade is moving a little faster than most.

Not a big steam thing (sometimes right after lineups are announced about 30 minutes before game a little steam). This will take a while developing some theoires and methods but more about finding VALUE for me and like I said earlier it hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be. Adding 3-4 more books (around 10-12) to try and make this as easy as possibile right now.

Ice, at what times of the day do you notice the most line movements.

Like I said not quite sure of the right answer yet but if I had to answer obviously an hour before game time or so. I have seen a few book sleeping in early afternoon but so far alot of games have been during the day. No real rhyme or reason yet (IMO). What have you seen? Trying to piece alot of things together right now with this.

First year following steam in bases so, like you, trying to find out the best way to play. Noticed so far with Pinny that they in many cases are not moving first, very different than CBB where they would move and others would follow like clockwork. With the baskets the best time for movements were late morning when the minimums were taken down and about 2 hours before gametime and beyond to get good lines.

Ice-
I just sent an email to the mods trying to get in touch with you. I have been watching the baseball line movements and betting for value, and would love to kick around some ideas with you.
