After receiving one of their scratch off cards bonus cards I joined. The sales guy who signed me up neglected to mention that I had to keep my deposit w/ them for a month. This is after I asked him about the rollover and withdrawls. I didn't have a computer at the time so I didn't read the rules. I thought I would be given the correct info. Anyway I went to cash out and was told by customer service I had to wait a month. I told them what happened and they basically said too bad, so sad.
