Weather is supposed to be 15-20 degrees tonight with 15-25 mph wind. Brutal.

Yeah I heard that about the tigers, it just seems crazy. Get out and play, we played a tournament game when I was a kid when it was 10 degrees out. These guys are getting paid millions. The only argument I can see is for pitchers, and the fear of injury. But IDK if I by that.

I am going to the game tomorrow as well, already been to two games this year will be my third haha...

Its not as much about the players as it is the Fans, no one in hell wants to sit out there for a ball game when it FEELS like 15 degrees, forget it

Saturday is going to be just as bad, but at least its during the day..

I was at the game yesterday and it was 38 degrees. There was a decent showing, about 23k showed up of the 28k sold...

The schedule makers are morons, warm weather/dome teams should host the first 7-10 days of the season. May not make much of a difference, but why the hell is Chicago playing home games right now and the Dodgers aren't?

FHM I also agree with you. This problem can be resolved easily. Have the White Sox play AT Minnesota and Tigers at Toronto. I mean is it this hard. Have the cold city teams take the first two weeks on road games.

exactly, play the first 10 days at LAD, LAA, SD, SF, Oak, TB, FLA, ATL, Minn, TOR, ARIZ, TEX, Hou, KC, STL - that is 8 NL teams and 7 AL teams. I think Mil has a retractable roof too so you could mix them in. Sea may also have a retractable roof. Just dumb.

Need a Miller Park. Taking the boys tonight below freezing and will watch in a Tshirt. Brewers roll with Bush.
